I have provided systematic investigation of tribological parameters of
contact and rheological properties of near-surface layers metal materials,
mathematic modeling of stress-strain stat at plastic deformation with rating of
a level deformation damaging depending on tribological and rheological
properties of near-surface layers and parity of the geometrical sizes of part.
Besides I spend researches by definition of influence of surface energy and
structural status of metals on relative durability of adhesion connections in
plastic contact. The development of this direction has a direct output on the
nanotribology and will allow receiving new laws for boundary plastic friction.
In this connection, having the large skills of experimental realization
tribological researches and also having wide experience of work as the expert
till hot and superplasticity metal forging, I have developed several lubricants
for different processes of metalworking, in particular, for superplasticity
forging of aluminum alloys and wet drawing the brass coated wire for metal cord.

Besides I can work at many type of the equipment for performing tribological test: machines of friction SRV; SMC; UMT; fourball machines of friction; Faleks; adhesiometr and others. I can use methods of the friction coefficient of sliding and rolling determination under plastic and elastic contact, stress of friction (tangential stress), power of friction, wear, toughness of adhesion relationships, molecular forming coefficient of friction, determinations to viscosity and stress of the shift of the lubricants, roughness and microhardness, method of the planning the complete factorial experiment and others.

Besides I took part as far back as five projects. In two of them I there
was responsible performer.
In 2004 year I have installed
interrelations between toughness adhesion relationships on cut and complex
parameter of plastic friction contact, which includes the mechanical
characteristics of one of the material and importance of surface energy pair of
friction. The studies I conduct on clean metals (Fe, Cu, Zr, Mo, Al, Ti with
different microstructure including nanostructure on Cu and Ti) in pair of
friction with instrumental steel, as well as on industrial aluminum alloys.
I have offered to use the complex parameter of plastic friction contact
for identification pairs of friction. The complex parameter includes the surface
energy contacting bodies and importance of hardness plastic deformed material,
residing in interfacing. This allows defining adhesion-forming power of friction
by accounting method exclusive of undertaking the labor-consuming experiment.
Results of my studies have obtained approval on International Congress
"Mechanical Engineering Technologies-04", which it was conducted at
